Red and white

Whenever red and white, meddle into a fight;
Pink always triumphs.
White is out of sight, and red becomes so light.
So learn a lesson if you might.
Of how red and white,
Lose all their might.
And pink wins despite,
The extremely mighty white,
And the red so bright.
And although both were right.
Pink came to worsen their plight.
I started with a line, ended with a verse!
