"Amma", I hear myself saying, "You know I dont like this sabji!!"
"Just have some of it..and you'll see an ice-cream coming your way" Ok.now thats a great incentive for a dessert lover like me..!! Umm....and pushing two spoons of that dreaded sabji want do me any harm!
So..down my throat it goes, with a dramatic face and some irky expressions ! And..my mother cant help but smile at the antics that I do and the tantrums that I throw..

Being the only child, I am more or less pampered, but not to the extent that I would disobey my parents.. But I always got what I asked for, and sometimes, i feel, even more than what I probably deserved :P

Its almost my daily routine to rush to the fridge after gulping two sips of water(since my mother insists that I have some water after dinner) to look for some dessert! If its an ice cream that I lay my hands on, then, I consider my day's hardwork of eating all that my mother gave me, fruitful!
The cosiest place to lay my head on after a day's hardwork (read as joblessness) is my father's lap. My father cant help but ask, "Dear, what do you think you would do after 2 years, when we arent around?"

"Why where are you going or for that matter, where am I...?"

Before I can complete the question, I get the answer from none other than me..

I have just completed my Std 10, and will have to go abroad after my 12th, for further studies. For so many days, I was kind of merry about it. But, during these ghree months of vacation, I have got so used to seeing my parents at the end of the day that I just wont be able to do without them. Who would I trojble if my mom's not around ( I ask her for food every 2 hours!)?, Who would Indiscuss cricket, friends, politics, with if my father's not around? I would go crazy without seeing them for even a day..let alone 3 years without them! I have never, for more than a day, stayed without my parents, atleast one of the!

It is going to be really difficult. But, if my education, success can give me happiness and my parents pride, the I am ready to do it.. Life wouldnt be IMPOSSIBLE..it would be difficult.. But, my father always encourages me by saying, "We have seen you adapt to any circumstance you have been in..we are sure you can do it!" Umm..if my parents believe in me, then I also better do in myself!

Way to go!!
