Everything was shiny and bright. Where was I? How I came here? and hundreds of other questions ran through my mind. Then came a shadow. It was her. Calling my name again and again. She threw her hands towards me wanting me to pull her out. I tried to catch her but our hands didn't meet. I tried to call her name but no voice came out instead millions of particles of water rushed down my neck into my stomach and lungs. I was drowning and so was she. I tried to catch her but...

I woke up covered in sweat. Events of past still haunts me after 5 five years of my wife - Shana's death. I looked at the clock. 'Shit! I am late", I thought. I quickly got up from bed and got ready.

As I was running down the street already late for my interview I met with an accident. No, not with a car but with a girl.

"I...I am sorry", I said giving my hand to her. She made a face at me yet took my hand. She was wearing a yellow top and blue denim jeans. Dusting her clothes she looked at me. I looked at her. Not a word was spoken and we started walking again.

"I am hungry", she said after a while.

I gave her So-What-Should-I-Do look and said, "Okay".

"And you gonna pay for it"

"What? Why should I?"

"Because you broke my phone", she said, waving her broken phone in front of my face.

I sighed and said, "Look I am sorry. I will pay for the repair but I am already late for my interview"

"What interview?"

"An interview for a magazine - City Plus"

"Good now lets eat something."

Before I could say anything she took my hand and dragged me inside the cafe. As we sat on our seats, she immediately took the menu card in her hand. The waiter hurried over our table prepared with a pen and notebook in his hands.

"How can I help you?", he said with a fake smile.

"It will be two chicken sandwiches with a coca cola plus a strawberry ice cream"

He quickly noted it down and turned to towards me.

"And you sir?"

"We will share", I said.

He faked the smile again and left us alone. I noticed she had two mobiles with her one of which got broken when we ran into each other.

She has two mobiles and she still wants to me pay

"Everything has its price", she said reading my thoughts.

"I won't be there for my job interview only because of you"

"So?"

I controlled my urge to probe. Waiter came again with a tray full of our order. As he laid down the plates, she winked at me. I could do nothing more than smiling at my own fate.

"So what you gonna do now?", she asked, gulping down spoon full of ice cream.

"I don't know"

"You are boring"

"Okay you suggest something"

"Don't try to do anything. Opportunities will come to you."

"Do you even know me?"

"Actually I do"

"Oh really? And who are you? Miss know it all?"

"I am your Destiny"

She winked. We looked at our empty plates and then looked at each other. She got up first and gave me a hug which took me by surprise.

"Until next time", she said and left me. As I turned around I saw a business card on the table.
