Today I got an idea
Though it wasn't so strong
it didn't hold its ground,approach was a little wrong
Today I had an Idea
to do something new
choices few,in lieu; each seductive plans brewed
I did go from pillar to post
each square mile i covered
to search and fill my trough
each choice was damn tough
I asked him, i went to her
though many stairs i climbed
sun soaked, sweat washed,i felt frail
i went on and i strive
Each choice in a direction that
would discourage me to pursue
i shout,i run,under hot sun
i'll ask,will know and then i'll be free
Queries so many, tempers ran high
i with my belief, i say please sir,dear mam
they then answer, to my relief
An idea made me go round, a faint sound emanated
each step abound, i traversed a path
followed, his whims, without a sound
I lied, i prayed,never lost my faith
though true,I felt caged
decision so tough,had to brim satisfaction trough
i fought, i prevailed
Not one or two,problems weren't few
all new,attacked at once
cornered I,did not shy;i hushed,thought
and took my time
Satisfied now i, manipulated my mind
to ultimately sign a treaty;
would once decide,falter none aside
else picture won't be pretty
Seated after, days filled with tense
whence emotions ran high,temper red
now that i write, coz in my sight, i know
what's wrong and what is right!
