Feminism, it is the advocacy of women's rights on the grounds of political, social, and economic equality to men. Which means giving equal rights to women so that they are not exploited socially. They are mentally harassed, physically tortured and emotionally killed. The condition of Indian society is we belive that Durga Mata has "Nou Avtar", and we worship nine girls on Navratri presuming them to be the human form of ma Durga.
But the things are so worst. People here contradict with their beliefs and deed.Just for the sake of their sexual needs the girls are raped. The girls are killed for money and asked for and dowry, if they fail to get the amount they are burnt alive, brutally beaten and exploited along with their family.
The very basic reason behind all these exploitation is the thinking of the people of our country. Thinking...not only of the people but of the women too. Women at times let themselves down and the society doesn't accept the fact that man and woman can walk together shoulder to shoulder. Moreover they don't have knowledge about their fundamental right and are deprived of education. sometimes they keep quite for the sake of their family's social image. And sometimes they are overpowered by the exploiters.
Its very easy for an elephant to crush an ant to death. Just because it has power. So is the condition of our women,easily scared easily crushed. But if the same ant somehow get insides the trunk of the elephant it can make it suffer so much that it will be so helpless that it would bent on its knees and surrender. Same can be with our women, if they try they can surely crush the exploiters. They can be like Ma Kaali, whose name is enough to show her power.
If women wants their right,they need to fight for them but alone they cant fight so we the Men will support them. We should try our best to make a woman comfortable in a train, bus, auto rickshaw,late night or anywhere she wanna go or she is alone. We should not judge them by their dressing but from their heart ant brain. We should try our best let them feel that they live in a country where all men and women are equal, where any man can cook and the women can fly an aeroplane.
