Its been quite a long while since I joined this site. A friend told me that his friend-Srijan, had launched a start-up and since I was interested in writing,I should have a look at it. The site at first looked odd.Early days they were.Slowly, things started falling into place. Some writers who joined left the next day,some stayed for a couple of months.Still others like me,have stayed for almost two years.
Along the way,lots of friends I made.Naming one would be injustice to many,so I would skip that part.It feels like a big family now.Little sorrows and smaller joys are shared by our group.I,for my part,have really loved every moment of my association.Lot of people want an avenue to express and to share their views. WB is one such platform and boy,it has really done a great job over the years.Lots of new youngsters have joined the bandwagon and to them my advise would be to just write whatever you feel like.If paying heed to grammar is coming in your way,then chuck it for the time being. Write without bothering about such mundane things. Its not necessary that you will be the next shakespeare or keats. What is essential is that you learn to express. Writing is a great medium to express what one thinks about the world and yes,himself too.
Everyday is a new day. Every moment is an experience. Live life beautifully and write not because you have to but because you want to! God bless!
