I tremble from within,
On losing a loved one.
The body unites fully,
It mourns the loss.
I smile from within,
On watching a little kid.
The laughter spreads,
My face is lit by it.
I am excited from within,
When I race with myself.
The excitement consumes me,
Making me compete harder.
I care from within,
Protecting others from fear.
I might not always succeed,
Yet I try my best.
I glow from within,
When the fire touches base.
In the core of darkness,
My flicker gives hope.
I live life from within,
Experiencing its vivid moments.
It helps me be myself,
Something I would die to be!
