I see a light distant,
A steady stream of divinity.
Glorious flow to magnificence,
One which seems never ending.
Taking a step further,
I see my own brother.
Having met an horrible end,
His life now traversed the bend.
Our youth was decked with fight,
One's bravado meeting others' might.
Yet when I watch him here,
I feel anything but queer.
A sheet of white is spread across,
As far as the eye can take in.
Hope and love have been my friends,
They remain so,as I enter the den.
The walls converge towards the gate,
My world of thoughts dissolves in brain.
I look back to find immortality shut down,
I look ahead and see my mortal heaven.
