The minty tablet on my tongue
The jazz song I had sung
Fast car on the road
Hopping red lights like a toad

Mozart playing in the deck
Spunky my car without a speck
Shouting Traffic cop but what the heck
5th gear on I was jet set

Pretty girl on the side
Pedestrians stunned, stared passerby'
Curly black hair muddling her eye
The delicate hands she lifts to tie

My head, topsy-turvy, spinning around
Blessed was I, that she was found
Was it the stars' or god's interference
My luck was surely never so inherent

All I know we'll work very hard
Relationships are difficult says every bard
I'll stand with you, you near to me
It will be long-term not just a spree.
