Strange is the city and I’m a stranger here, no friends, no relatives, no one is here to care for me. My train arrives at the Chandni Chowk railway station and I’m trying to rush out from the crowd with my luggage. Instead there were so many people around me but no one is for me. Everyone here forgets how to walk; they were in hurry and running to chase something. What was that is a mystery for me, after a while it seems interesting to watch the crowd running over there. Slowly I reached out of the station and here again I saw crowd but of vehicles. So many Autos passed away and I was in my thoughts and busy in watching the crowd running towards their destination. Suddenly I came out of my thoughts due to interruption of a screaming of auto driver and I took that auto and tell him to take me to my desired location.
As I reached my place it was totally different scenario. Crowd was gone away and there is extremely silence all where. I was watching here and there over the clusters of buildings as soon as I am out of the auto. I pay the fare and silently move towards where don’t know? I am totally blank out to take any decision to carry on. My eyes were searching for someone to ask for the required address, but unfortunately no one is in my focus. I was still and remain for many minutes; suddenly a girl was out for her evening walk. Green band on head, white ear phones in ears, pink top and black short. I was staring at her because I never thought a girl looks so cute during her walk. As she was passing by me I move forward and ask “Excuse me will you please tell me the way to D-4 room number 235.” She stopped watched me for a while and asks “Were you Mr. Sharma’s relative?” I was happy and said “Yes mam I’m his relative, will you now please tell me the way?”
She smiled and said “Yeah sure its absolute straight through and take right from that mango tree.” I smiled back and said “Thanks a lot”. She smiled and passed away, slowly I too follow the directions given by her. As I reached the building it starts raining and atmosphere becomes awesome. For some time I lost in the rain, it falls and vanishes in a while. Seeing rain is my hobby since my childhood and it relates with many lovely memories of mine. I always got busy watching and analyzing rain drops falling from the sky. I was interrupted by sweet voice “You still here? Don’t you have the place?”
