As a small town boy, clinching my hopes I came
To brighten up my career and the family’s name.
All alone to survive the burden of expectation
Found none to understand me and my sensation
I was introvert and the people were new
Still managed to have friends a few.
Learning to live life clinging on to them
But they hurt me, thought me as a shame
May be I am not good enough as they thought
So situation has come for these friendships to halt
But I am not worthless, don’t have any fault
I have learnt who is how and whom to sort.
One day I will rise and prove you wrong.
That day you will hear my victory song.
I will wish you all well, never will I hurt
But time has come to stay apart.
I miss my school buddies, they know to care
They are the best, none to compare.
