Women's the word contains mystery and history within itself can never know that why she is behaving and what she is doing when she does bad that is also for ur good only. we can’t stop women’s to work because as they go out they see world in different way and assume things and let the family and children grow in a environment that is suitable for them if she will be at home she is not knowing the today's culture how she can treat kids in an open way know what they want is u let them free n they r urs and if u bind them they r going to be a dead living body.

honestly don't agree..women can fully use their potential even at home..once kids grow up they shd pursue their hobbies..till then kids must be main priority..dey must not be neglected..if money is not an issue..i ve seen kids so neglected by women who go out to work

They can manage both the things well at a same time, n for the infant babies every mother stays on leave from work becoz women's knows it very well that what things are on priority in their life.n for ur opinion i will say that there are exception cases as always..

It's not that I agree or disagree with you, it's just the attempt to honestly come forward and express your views on something rather than remain silent thinking that you might be ridiculed that makes me feel happy.
There's only one thing I want to add- try to remain open-minded and not be obtuse regarding opposite opinions. After all we understand a topic better when we make a sincere effort to understand the other side of it.
