Y U NO POLL?

Hey fellow writers
I want to ask this question
Why is it that you guys not take polls
On every article I see the same names
Who always encourage and appreciate
The lovely people always come up to support
But hey, are there only 10 people
Earlier, I felt if I don't write well
But then I tried and improved
But now the polls have decreased
Is it that people read and not poll/comment
Or my posts aren't visible
Well, I've seen many writers vanish
Is it due to lack of acknowledgement?
Any idea, anyone?
I now have 200+ friends
But what is it of use if they don't read
It some times gets disappointing
To share and not get acknowledged
Every time I log in I see no notifications
Even if there are, those are of someone else's
Let's hope the situation improves

it is sad that it is true and a lot of great work is left unrecognized and remains underrated

Same situation with me! Though I keep polling so many write ups I hardly get any polls. The last poem I wrote here hardly got to polls. It is so discouraging. :(

THE QUILL....

well, it is perhaps neither of the mentioned, i mean when we log in here our intention remains mainly to post our creation and then to read some who we can find on first page ( i am not generalizing it, but i think normally it is the case ), so we do polling for 3-4 posts, now the writers of the posts which are left un polled will feel dishearted and they will also not participate in active polling, so this way it goes on...:(
